The XL-version is one of the market’s most well-engineered and technologically advanced block making machines available. For decades, Masa has invested all its experience into continuous development of their product range. Our aim is to always incorporate the experience and requirements of our customers, to enable them to quickly respond to new market requirements. Consequently, the XL-machine has a very accurate height control whilst producing concrete blocks, in the shortest cycle times, with the highest productivity and quality.
Standard equipment includes:
- Automatic mould change including height adjustment of the main/face mix devices
- Continuous level control for silos on load cells for main/face mix
- Oil temperature control with oil pre-heater and oil cooler (air)
- Frequency controlled vibrators – optional amplitude control
- Hydraulic unit inside a sound proofed container - "Hydrautainer"
- Visualisation system incorporating PC-control with 15" TFT monitor
- Online support
- Hydraulic system with proportional valve control
The following upgrades are available for the standard machine package:
Upgrade Package S – Speed version
Higher capacity pumps, additional hydraulic accumulator, v-belt conveyor,
incorporating lowering device, level control in the face mix filling box using laser measurement
Upgrade Package P – Premium version
Main filling box with electrically driven carriage and hydraulic locking device, both filling boxes fitted with pneumatic scrapers, profile drawing device, mould change crane; both material silos lined with high wear resistant synthetic material.
