Quality concrete from the start

Masa supplies complete batching and mixing plants for the optimum and efficient production of concrete made from sand and other ingredients (e.g. cement, water, additives, pigment). Masa supplies all the plant components necessary to produce concrete to customers individual requirements.

Dosing systems for aggregates

Driven, moveable weighing buckets collect different typesof sand and gravel. Infinitely variable scales for cement and fly ash feed directly into the mixer. Moisture measuring systems of the aggregates calculate and control the water addition.

Concrete Mixers

Masa Horizontal Compulsory mixers are known to provide all types of high quality concrete with short mixing times. With mixing capacities from 32 – 480 m³ of concrete per 8 hour shift, Masa can supply the right mixer to meet any requirement.

Dosing systems for coloured concrete

For the production of all types of coloured concrete blocksand pavers, Masa has its own in-house solutions for dosing both main and face mix coloured concrete. This gives the customer the opportunity and flexibility to produce high quality, repeatable colours over the entire concrete surface.
