Masa Training concept

• General

  The first training of the operating personnel takes place during commissioning. In addition, we offer refresher training as well as initial training for new staff, with which the training period can be optimized. Our training modules include machine-related courses (M-modules) as well as courses focusing on electronics (E-modules).

  The mediated content focuses on an improvement in production utilization, an increase in product quality and a reduction in downtimes. Another important point is the work according to the rules. Regular training courses thus also contribute decisively to the increase of work safety.

• Masa in-house training

  Masa in-house training courses usually take place at our two production sites in Germany (Andernach and Porta Westfalica). Among other things, we use your production plant documentation provided by us to create a realistic scenario within the practical exercises and visualizations. Participants' previous knowledge is taken into account. We attach importance to a high level of success, so we prefer to work in small groups (maximum 5 persons).

  Additionally, we offer you an exclusive look behind the scenes of the Masa World (factory tour).

  On request, various services (e.g. accommodation, meals or rental cars) can be booked.

• Masa on-site training

  On request, we can also train your employees on site. The practical training is then carried out directly at your production plant, regardless of the delivery status (year of construction) of the plant.

• Training materials

  Masa provides all participants with detailed training materials at the beginning of each training course.

  The materials contain all relevant information with detailed illustrations and are used during the training courses.
